The Recipes Tier gives you access to at least ONE recipe per month. The word Recipe is used very broadly here and can mean anything from a mouthwatering dish, a self-loving list of positive affirmations, or a recipe for some new hand-knitted socks (for you Yoga for Knitters Patrons.)The entry-level Recipes tier is affordably priced so that everyone, regardless of lifestyle/ income can reap the benefits of a monthly Turning Ground Yoga Recipe. This channel is my way of sharing love and light with the world. I hope you find something here that resonates with you. Be sure to hit the like and subscribe buttons so you know about all the latest uploads.
The Meditation tier enables Patrons to access monthly Recipes AND a monthly meditation. These 10-15 minute meditations are recorded and shared exclusively with Meditation and Yoga-level Patrons. It's as easy as pressing 'play.' The meditations cover a broad scope of techniques and methods but are consistently geared toward the attainment of inner-peace and a radiant light-filled spirit.
The Yoga Tier brings the goodness of the Recipes and Meditation tiers together with one yoga practice per month. These practices are designed for Every-Body and range from an Easy Hatha style to Restorative, from Easy Vinyasa to Yin. Self-care is as easy as pressing 'play' and new videos will appear every month. You'll also have access to monthly recipes and meditations.
